Why?

For the alleged conspiracy by a number of auto parts manufacturers to fix the price of a total of around 45 automotive parts, which allegedly caused consumers to pay too much for auto parts and new vehicles. The lawsuit alleges that the defendants entered into illegal backroom agreements to rig bids for and artificially inflate the prices of auto parts from around 1999 to 2012.

Who is eligible?

Individuals in Canada who purchased and/or leased a new passenger car, sport utility vehicle, van, and/or light truck (up to 10,000 lbs) from the applicable car manufacturers between July 1, 1998 and September 30, 2016. You are still eligible if you no longer own the vehicle.
