They also have a Bump Benefits program which you can sign up for and receive a bunch of offers, free samples, and coupons worth up to $400. 3. FamilyRated Club

Other resources

13. Baby shows

Although admission is often required, you can collect a lot of free samples from attending a baby show including diapers and other products for your little one from the vendors. Bring a reusable shopping bag with you to help collect all of your free loot!

14. Doctor’s offices and hospitals

Some hospitals and doctor’s offices such as pediatricians offer free baby products before or after you have your baby. This can include diapers, baby products, diaper bags, or lactation consultations. Ask your healthcare provider if they provide any of these items.

15. Online marketplaces

Take a look at online marketplaces like Kijiji, Craigslist, or buy sell groups on Facebook. Many parents give new diapers away for free if their child goes through a growth spurt and outgrows their previous size.

They also may give them away if they no longer like the diaper brand, or if their children become potty trained and no longer need the diapers they still have at their home. Check an online marketplace for your area to see if any are available and pay it forward when you find yourself in the same position!

16. Food banks

If you are struggling financially and are really in need of diapers, reach out to a local food bank. Many offer free diapers, baby items, as well as food items.

17. Reusable cloth diapers

A money-saving alternative to using disposable diapers, reusable cloth diapers are stylish, eco-friendly, chemical free, comfortable for your baby and relatively easy to clean. While about 95% of moms still use disposables, the popularity of reusables is steadily increasing every year.

Important Note: Current offers are subject to change. If this is not your first child, some of these offers may not be available to you if you have already received them in the past for a previous child.
